Hwɛso Ma Me is provided by Business Pilot for authorised business operations. Access and service scope are subject to the plan, quotation, agreement and configuration confirmed for the customer.
2. Accurate account and business information
Users must provide accurate and reasonably current account and business information. Business owners or authorised administrators should notify Business Pilot through confirmed channels when material account details require assistance or correction.
3. Login credentials
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for avoiding inappropriate sharing of passwords or account access. Suspected unauthorised use should be raised through a confirmed Business Pilot support channel.
4. Lawful business use
Hwɛso Ma Me access must be used for lawful business activity. Users must not use the service to create, process or retain information where doing so would be unlawful or beyond their authority.
5. Staff access and permissions
Business owners control authorised staff access. They are responsible for assigning suitable roles, permissions and branch access, reviewing that access, and removing access when it is no longer required.

Subscription, onboarding and optional service terms are confirmed before payment through the applicable quotation or agreement. Customers should review the stated scope, duration, charges and responsibilities before proceeding.

Users remain responsible for reviewing sales, stock, repair, payment and other business records entered or generated through their authorised use of Hwɛso Ma Me. Hwɛso Ma Me supports operational record keeping but does not replace appropriate business review and decision-making.
8. Service updates and changes
Hwɛso Ma Me may be updated, improved or changed to maintain the service, address problems or develop its functions. Material effects on a confirmed customer arrangement should be handled reasonably in the context of the applicable agreement.
9. Availability
Service availability may occasionally be affected by planned maintenance, technical problems, connectivity issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Business Pilot will handle service issues reasonably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
10. Prohibited misuse
Users must not misuse, unlawfully copy, attack, probe, disrupt, damage, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code into, or otherwise interfere with Hwɛso Ma Me or related systems.
11. Account restrictions
Reasonable account restrictions may apply where there is suspected misuse, non-payment under confirmed terms, a serious security risk or a material violation. Circumstances should be assessed in context, and access may be restored when the relevant issue is appropriately resolved.
12. Responsible allocation of risk
Hwɛso Ma Me is intended to support business operations, but business decisions and the accuracy of user-entered information remain the customer’s responsibility. Any responsibility or liability should be considered reasonably in light of the confirmed service, the circumstances, applicable obligations and losses that could reasonably have been anticipated.
